This looked fairly easy so I bought the diced lamb and tagine gourmet sauce mix from Trims Town Gate Butchery and added some apricots, onions and tinned tomatoes. I cooked it for over 3 hours and the result was superb, a really grown up, hot & spicy dish. The lamb melted in your mouth.
